Final Sale/ Closing Down Sale Terms & Conditions

All items sold during our Closing Down Sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes reasons such as incorrect size, style, or if you simply change your mind.

However, you are still entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or replacement) if the product is:

• Faulty,

• Not of acceptable quality,

• Not fit for its intended purpose, or

• Not as described.

These rights apply regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale or at full price.

If you believe your product meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received and provide proof of purchase.
